• Recent projects include a series of video animations for ServiceMax in Q1 2025, and a website design and launch for PraxisLearning.com in Q4 2024.

• While I've worked with freelance branding and design clients dating back to 2008, this has been my main fulltime focus since leaving Litmos in June 2024.

• Led the redesign of complex product areas, covering a wide range of user workflows, resulting in many enhanced product experiences, one example being 60% decrease in navigation clickthrough times.

• Managed and participated in the design of UX/UI solutions using Figma to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for cross-platform consistency.

• Led UX research initiatives and usability testing programs, including survey and system data analysis, and personally hosted 1-1 qualitative interviews, translating experience insights into refined design solutions for diverse user needs.

• Created 'Litmos Dojo', a gamified learning experience, resulting in more than a 10x increase in LMS Admin certifications. Created 80+ courses with Articulate Rise 360.

• Led user-centered design processes, conducting research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping solutions to address diverse user needs, a collective cross-team effort that resulted in improving CSAT (customer satisfaction score) from 85% to 96%.
