Led R&D projects for a JV between Trimble Inc and Hilti Group ranging from smart tools, information integration/sharing platforms, and autonomous construction robotics. Predominantly all greenfield but occasionally I pick up existing initiatives as well.

Architected and coded data integration service ingesting from multiple outside API's and companies as distributed micro-services architecture primarily in Go, deployed to AWS EKS clusters, utilizing Confluent hosted Kafka clusters as the event stream.

Creation and implementation of the IBM Cloud storage control plane from R&D project to live production use. Multifaceted and cross company/multi-team state machine etirely written in GoLang expanding upon existing Kubernetes technology.

Full stack/DevOps engineer for IBM Cloud Identity and Access Management.

Ground up greenfield build of the IBM Cloud IAM system used both internally and for the public. Achieved through the use of Docker containerized microservices deployed using Kubernetes orchestration on the back end. Services were written in a mix of Python, Java, JavaScript, and GoLang. The front end is built using entirely React.
