Proactively interacted and collaborated with business stakeholders and translated use cases and underlying needs to product and engineering managers to produce effective product-centric CLM, deal/CRM, reporting, and workflow tracking solutions. Defined solutions for internal content deal and contract management tools to generate competitive deal insights and scale workflows. Structured a systematic design for adoption and operationalization of new Chain of Title feature for hundreds of existing and new legal users. Built solutions supporting needs and dependencies from teams from Business & Legal Affairs, Production Finance, Content Operations, Content Accounting, Contingent Compensation, Data Science & Engineering, and the Netflix consumer-facing Product.
My Key Accomplishments Included:
• Created an innovative contract workload metrics dashboard that leveraged data across 6 internal tools to generate fresh insights on over 60K contracts.
• Nurtured effective partnerships with data science, engineering, and product teams to develop reports, dashboards, and trackers using internal and third-party (SaaS) business intelligence and data solutions.
• Examined and expanded product specifications for a launched feature that supported the integration of thousands of new Chain of Title documents in the internal contract management system. Organized effective training sessions for over 20 performance-driven content legal teams on the new feature, streamlining workflows and offering a long-term archive of these assets.
• Defined a long-term product function vision to transform cross-functional collaboration between the Netflix Studio and its production partners across genres and global regions.
• Organized and chaired strategic meetings every 6 weeks with an operational team of over 30 associates to plan, define, and collaborate on specific workflow and product improvements with a focus on enhancing business and legal affairs productivity.
