Designer. Developer. Project Manager. Teacher. Architect. Consulting at Microsoft has provided depth and breadth in many disciplines. As a consultant, I fly the world over and am drop-shipped into some of the Fortune 500's toughest technical and organizational problems, coming out tail end solution in hand, + many valuable lessons learned. Banking, healthcare, security, insurance, and beyond. Historically a T shaped cross-disciplinarian with business breadth and depth in tech, experiences at Microsoft have pushed the bound, moving me from jack of all trades master of one to master of many.

Additional to fieldwork, I am part of the Americas Office of the CTO (ACTO) where we build cutting edge prototypes, draft compete positions, run workshops to enable the field, and push the limit of what Microsoft tech can do for clients and partners alike.

• Planned, analyzed, and designed a cloud-based business intelligence web platform affecting over 3,000 businesses and 7,000 stores

• Collaborated with consultants to identify key metrics and capabilities for a minimum viable product roll out

• Developed a product specification and created wireframes based on user stories

• Built and deployed a C# MVC prototype to Microsoft’s Windows Azure Cloud Platform which served as a proof of concept and project foundation during the build phase

• Utilized an agile software development methodology throughout the project life cycle

• Led a team of five developers through the build and implementation stages

• Leveraged alumni resources and case studies to benchmark current capabilities against best practices from Accenture, Google, and PricewaterhouseCoopers

• Performed a current capabilities assessment of the new hire process

• Developed recommendations to reduce new hire time to productivity and improve retention rates
