Elevated to Information Security Manager following a period of autonomous program leadership, formalizing accountability for Cisco's enterprise GRC operations during a critical platform transition period.
Parallel Platform Operations
Continued overseeing AuditBoard platform stability for 200+ users across 7 business units while driving the organization's next platform strategy, including finalizing migration of remaining users from legacy platforms and expanding integration capabilities.
Platform Evaluation & Build Decision
Led comprehensive evaluation of ServiceNow and RegScale as potential next-generation GRC platforms. Based on Cisco's scale, complexity, and the lessons learned from operating multiple commercial tools, determined that a custom-built internal solution would best serve the organization's long-term needs. Defined the product vision and initial technical architecture for the in-house compliance automation platform.

Joined Cisco's Global Cloud Compliance group supporting compliance certification across Cisco's cloud product portfolio. Managed enterprise GRC operations across 40 business units and 500+ users globally on platforms including HighBond, Rsam, and ACL Analytics.
Platform Evaluation & Migration Leadership
Led three major GRC platform evaluations over three years, conducting formal RFP processes across ServiceNow, OneTrust, HighBond, and AuditBoard. Selected AuditBoard as the enterprise standard and led end-to-end migration of 7 business units and 200+ users from legacy platforms while maintaining operational continuity.
Technical Implementation
Developed custom scripts and automated workflows using ACL Analytics to streamline compliance processes across use cases including enterprise risk management, third-party risk, IT risk, business continuity, supply chain security, internal audit, and federal sales workflows. Built integrations connecting GRC platforms to Cisco's internal systems.
Program Leadership During Transition
Following senior leadership departure in 2024, assumed responsibility for leading the GRC program autonomously for six months alongside one colleague. Managed stakeholder expectations across business unit executives and VPs, ensured daily operations continuity, and led rolloff of business units to alternative solutions during an extended period without formal management.
Platform Sunset & Vendor Transitions
Negotiated transfer of Diligent product ownership and contracts to another business unit. Led executive communication and stakeholder reassurance across multiple concurrent platform transitions, securing additional technical support agreements and ensuring clean handoffs.

Promoted through two company acquisitions from Sales Engineer at Rsam to Senior Solutions Consultant at Galvanize/Diligent, eventually co-leading the solutions consulting team during a leadership transition. Became the organization’s subject matter expert for IT Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management solutions, and the only solutions consultant certified to present across all three product lines: Rsam (IT and Third Party Risk), HighBond (Audit and Compliance), and ACL Analytics (Data Analytics).
Key Achievements:
• Team Leadership: Co-led solutions consulting team for 3 months with 2 direct reports during management restructuring following Diligent acquisition
• Product Expertise: Served as primary technical advisor for IT Risk and TPRM solutions across US, EMEA, and APJ sales teams
• Custom Development: Built custom GRC modules and proof-of-concepts for emerging frameworks including CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) and FAIR quantitative risk analysis
• Integration Solutions: Developed vulnerability management application integrations connecting security tools to GRC workflows

Left enterprise side at USC after 3 months when recruited back by former Rsam manager to help scale the solutions consulting function through the Galvanize-Diligent merger and integration.
