Enabled small to medium size businesses reach the maximum number of potential customers by providing tailored guidance and workflows optimized for driving measurable business outcomes through their online advertising, messaging, and content marketing on Facebook and Instagram.

Led the Communications pillar with a cross-functional teams. Created and validated new in-product messaging channels, frameworks, design system/components, ran experiments, QA, development, while creating an org-wide intake/adoption process & strategy.
