Directed trainings, tech talks and industry trends to be aware of, to make sure everyone was up to date. Did holistic Web Architecture assessments for our clients and was the hands on technical reference in several projects. Built strong relationships with many Business Units at our different clients. I also helped define, streamline, and document an abundance of internal processes to reduce friction and the need of one-off trainings.
