Leading banking company in UK area – Cards + Payments Teams (Mobile APP + web)

Project goal:
The bank is the one of the biggest bank in UK area, with more than 2 million active users. We are building a new mobile APP + web using React technology.
My commitments:
• Analyse existing IA
• Optimise existing user journey
• Create designs and flows using the bank new DS
• Maintain the DS when needed, providing detailed documentation
• Creating interactive prototypes
• Creating detailed UI screens for delivery with documentation
• Strongly collaborate with other team disciplines such as Po, BAs, DEVS and QAs in a strict AGILE method
EXPEDIA – Trip Assistance POD (Mobile APP + Web)

• Analyse and use as direction indicator any given data.
• Presenting design ideas, collecting feedback from early time from different disciplines.
• Creating UI using EGDS, interactive prototypes and final delivery for iOS/Android/mobile web/desktop versions.
• Detailed documented delivery + A11y annotations and dev specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(developers, copy writers, other designers)
• Responsible to organise and run the review sessions.
• Creating special Shared UI library
• Responsible for project progress
Qatar Airways – MOBILE APP / Booking POD

My commitments:
• Creating user-flows, mapping out all possible scenarios
• Presenting design ideas to stakeholders and other Qatar team members.
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and providing final UI
for delivery of iOS and Android systems separately.
• Responsible to prepare, organise and conduct remote usability tests, analyse outcomes + create detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(developers, copy writers, other designers) in Dual Agile Scrum system.
• Responsible for using - and occasionally help in design system documentation.
