• Produced technical design in JavaScript and Ruby on Rails for upcoming projects, and collaborated with team to refine design
• Collaborated regularly with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other technical leaders to formulate product requirements and polish designs of React components
• Managed and mentored a software intern and led his summer project to convert a command line interface tool written in Node.js into a web application using React and Express.js
• Implemented metric-tracking dashboards in Splunk and New Relic to monitor how clients are adopting and utilizing new features, as well as to monitor performance
• Completed an 8-month technical leadership program to further my knowledge of concepts that are crucial to understand in a leadership role
• Implemented dashboards in Splunk to track new and existing errors that appear in our application’s logs across several domains. Set up a regular support rotation among the front-end agile teams.
