Role includes:
UX strategy, participate in product discovery through testing and research, sketching concepts, defining information architecture, building prototypes, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other partners.

• Create a world-class responsive web experience for Target.com that harnesses digital technology and Target store capabilities to serve our guests.
• Incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research into the design process and be able to articulate and defend design decisions using this research as an input and a guide.
• Generate new concepts and hypotheses, rapidly prototype and test those ideas, support and conduct UX research, pivot quickly to new directions
• Follow through on delivery: own production design with an eye for detail and efficiency to create detailed design documents and assets to support engineering in shipping the product out the door.
• Collaborate wildly well with others, including other designers, engineers, product managers, QA staff, accessibility team members, and partners in marketing.
• Consult with other teams across Target (e.g., Apps Product Teams, Target Creative, Pricing & Promotions, Item, etc.) to ensure cohesiveness of Target.com for the guest.
• Assist with maintaining a pattern library of UI and design elements, together with engineers and accessibility, to ensure reusable, proven, and tested patterns are documented and socialized to individual tools teams.

Design lead for digital experiences, ads, marketing collateral, books, signage, and recognition materials for 80+ national corporate sponsors such as Disney, Airbnb, GameStop, Dave & Buster's, Subaru, Denny's, etc.
Involved in the decision-making process in collaboration with design agency Rule29 for the new Make-A-Wish logo, visual identity and brand messaging. The result was a cleaner logo with a clear identity, color palette, photography style, and flexible yet consistent typography rules. The identity was recognized as one of HOW's top 20 logos designs of 2018.
Design lead for the yearly Macy's Believe Campaign, which includes print, web and marketing collateral.
Envision content strategy and information architecture for print and web projects based on the client's needs.
Designed web pages for desktop and mobile for wish.org to provide value to the sponsor and engage visitors in supporting sponsorship programs.
Ensured projects served intended communication function while reflecting the brand standards established and maintain the professional appearance befitting a national charity and the embodiment of Make-A-Wish's unique mission.
Designed customized sponsorship proposals, presentations, and reports that align with the goals and objectives of sponsorship and impact utilizing Make-A-Wish attributes and campaign design elements.
Designed content, managed, developed and maintained the online Sponsor Tool and Resources center.
Served as liaison to printing/production vendors to ensure materials created are delivered to the vendors in the appropriate format and are printed professionally and to the precise printing specifications.
Worked with Creative Services Director, Brand Traffic Manager and Editorial Manager to build internal processes to produce final products (writing, video, audio editing, web modules, printed pieces, among many others).

Some of my responsibilities included:
• Leading the visual design team for Summary, Activity and Settings pages of PayPal.com for desktop and mobile web, designed for millions of users across the globe
• Ideation and sketching of improvements and concepts that will resonate with the PayPal brand and mission
• Study usability trends specific for each segment of the customer personas: from "discoverers", to "life architects" and "resilients"
• Design and iterate on wireframes based on requirements from project owners and business that focus on being customer-centric
• User-test prototypes to acquire valuable feedback from real PayPal users, and revise the design as needed
• Make pixel-perfect mockups of the PayPal product that is in line with the brand’s Visual Library
• Design icons and illustrations as needed to liven the page
• Always keep in mind accessibility practices, localization and different cultures in design
• Export mockups to Zeplin and provide specs and assets to developers for release
• QA any bugs and make sure the live design is in line with the provided mockups
