• Created a 300-page document of cloud patterns to influence executives at Bank of America to adopt IBM Cloud, a multi-million dollar deal. Cloud patterns included circuit breaker, event sourcing, CQRS, and more.
• Coached dozens of members at American Airlines on XP agile and DevOps practices, such as TDD and refactoring, on top of delivering the Dynamic Rebooking app, which served thousands of people when Hurricane Irma struck.
• Delivered multiple products as tech lead at American Airlines including a GDPR portal and services for caching flight information with Redis.
• Onboarded dozens of employees in two-week coding boot camps, where I taught XP agile and DevOps practices, such as TDD, refactoring, continuous integration, pair programming, story-writing sessions, and more.
• Pioneered consumer-driven contract testing with Pact at American Airlines to ensure provider microservices were compatible with consumer expectations.
• Received the prestigious Solutions Lab Services Award in 2018, a quarterly award from a 400-member organization recognizing my work at American Airlines.
• Received the 2015 IBM Cloud Garage Manager's Choice Award, recognizing the technical skills and positive client feedback.
