• Led research and design for the Chainalysis Entity Risking suite aimed at creating compliance solutions for DeFi companies and crypto services. Since launch, have secured market fit with over 100 customers and $2M ARR.
• Designed and implemented interactive data visualization components in order to simplify compliance data and insights for our users.
• Drove and conducted both generative and evaluative research studies in order to inform product and design decisions. Synthesized and presented these findings to stakeholders and leadership.

• Creating internal finance tools for Capital One finance associates to better manage, analyze, and transform their data
• Designed the first cross-platform data management experience at Capital One, working across teams and with a wide variety of product stakeholders. Made user journey maps and user flows to document user perspective and needs. Prototyped an interactive table experience with a variety of filtering, sorting, and modifying features.
• Assessed team needs and built a team research library using Figma components and variants for design associates to conduct their own Heuristic Evaluations.
• Created and contributed design components in order to unify our design systems library for over 30+ associates to use, utilizing variants and interactive components.

• Designed a suite of cross-channel payment alerts for customers nearing their credit limit which reduced card declines by 25% and increased spend by $600 million. Built several prototypes for MVP and post-MVP solutions to test with users.
• Addressed user pain points and led the UX/UI design of the Capital One Offers Center, providing customers with a centralized hub to evaluate and redeem offers. Created designs and prototypes for native and desktop.
• Facilitated and led weekly reading groups and workshops about diversity and social issues for a group of 50+ designers. Guided team members on how to lead breakout rooms and encourage discussion.

• Researched different avenues to combat low local voter turnout through interviewing community partners and local experts on the issue
