I led the experience design of PayPal’s highest volume money movement, credit, crypto and BNPL journeys, which supported the company’s TPV growth in 2025. I simplified the core flows, removed friction that blocked conversion, and aligned the servicing paths so customers could move, manage, and borrow money with more confidence. I built a strong customer driven UX practice that partnered closely with product and engineering. Together we turned complex financial systems into fast and intuitive experiences that improved engagement and helped shift the business toward higher value and more profitable payment volume.
