As an Expert Senior Manager of Product Design at Bain, I define and lead the end-to-end design workstream where directly engage with client executives, Bain leadership, potential customers, and software developers to design compelling and viable products and services - often across multiple cases at once. Additionally, I manage 3 advisees and help lead internal initiatives, such as trainings.

Senior Managers couple technical design expertise with design leadership skills to define design problems, scope design work, define action plans and influence stakeholders to establish clarity towards design solutions, while still delivering hands-on results on their work-stream.

Product Design Managers independently lead design work-streams, drive to solutions, oversee junior team members, and deliver results using the full spectrum of design skills.

As a Staff Product Designer, my role is to shape digital products for some of the world’s most recognized brands, and help Bain to build products of its own, to leverage across clients and internally.
