Lead and contribute to the ever evolving Pioneer Design System within the commercial banking and investment banking group of Wells Fargo. We partner and collaborate with key members to grow and mature the overall strategy of design foundations.

Contributing to Wells Fargo’s Pioneer design system for their wholesale application. I am responsible for the conception, creation and distribution of the internal design kit resource used by 30+ designers and applied towards 70+ applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to optimize user experience.

• Lead UI/UX design for the web, mobile and tablet from ideation to final delivery.

• Conduct user research and usability tests.

• Maintain consistent user experience in a growing product.

• Define visual direction for a broad range of platforms.

• Crafted a global user interface style guide.

• Continually improve on an evolving visual interface design system.

• Mentored a UX design extern to improve and gain knowledge in areas of product design.

• Lead accessibility efforts to conform with the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
