As a Staff Product Designer, I led design efforts for building Marketing messages on WhatsApp’s SMB app, which enabled small businesses across the globe to be able to send personalized messages to their customers.

I led design for growth tools supporting Facebook Communities, building 0-to-1 products, and features for Facebook group admins and members.

Strategies I developed and executed resulted in a 14% increase in the creation and activation of FB groups.
