• Design and implement deductions app, which is a centralized repo for enrollments and payroll deductions/contributions

• Implementation of performance management app for managing reviews, one/ones and goals

• Designed and implemented supplemental insurance enrollment app for clients to enroll in supplemental benefits

• Development and maintenance in COBRA enrollment app

• Development and maintain benefits reporting system, which allows clients to download various pre-made reports and customized reports

• Development and maintenance of deductions systems, which batch process enrollments and sync employee deduction and employer contribution to third party payroll systems
