Pandemic Professors
Lead UX research team focused on donor behavior
• Designed survey to understand if/how COVID has affected people's donation habits
• Conducted usability studies on the new website
WeTravel
Redesigned the booking flow for a group travel website
• Applied lean UX practices and did usability testing weekly
• Created a branding guide and component library
• Validation testing showed that the users felt that they were joining a community, they trusted the site's check out process and felt more informed about the trip

• Conducted a 36 participant remote usability test to understand current and new users' opinions on a new navigation and internal dashboard

Foreign Affairs is an American magazine that focuses on international relations and foreign policy with both a digital and physical subscription. They have 955,000 unique monthly visitors to their digital site and 2.1 million monthly page views. They had never had a product designer work on the site so my first contract was to do preliminary research and after a year, I redesigned the entire site.

• Paywall (increased the subscription rate by 27% while decreasing the bounce rate by 50%, increased the mobile click through rate by 2.1%)
• Navigation Bar - (increased the page views by 15,000 a week, increased the CTR by 2% and decreased the article bounce rate by 1.8%)
• Homepage (currently being A/B tested - increased the density of articles, adjusted the hierarchy based on survey results, and added interactive modules)
• Landing pages - (Being built - improved filters and redesigned the content above the fold)

Redesigning their iPhone app that organizers a users mortgage application
