• Acted as frontend technical lead and subject matter expert on the Inspection team, driving architectural decisions and mentoring developers

• Worked closely with design and product to revamp the experience of Twilio’s online portal called Console by building a brand new frontend and backend service for the sidebar and masthead navigation (React, Nodejs)
• Established a frontend platform team with one other engineer to give all product teams within Twilio the tools to easily deploy frontend code, collaborate, and create consistency throughout the Console
• Grew the team to 7 engineers within the first year and gained momentum in adoption of our tooling and guidelines
• Collaborated with external teams around the world to build consistent templates for all teams to use
• Mentored interns and more junior engineers and was the main onboarding buddy for new frontend engineers at Twilio
• Conducted coding interviews for our Console platform team as well as many other teams across the company (JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Began working on a Java backend service for error logs and alarms within the Console
