As a User Experience Researcher on the Meta Content team, I lead research initiatives to understand user behavior, needs, and attitudes within immersive virtual and mobile game environments. I partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape the future of VR and mobile games by delivering insights that drive intuitive, engaging, and inclusive experiences across the Meta Horizon game experience.

As a User Experience Researcher on the Meta Content team, I lead research initiatives to understand user behavior, needs, and attitudes within immersive virtual and mobile game environments. I partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape the future of VR and mobile games by delivering insights that drive intuitive, engaging, and inclusive experiences across the Meta Horizon game experience.

Founding member of team. Leading the development of this team so that BetterUp is more equipped to conduct research to improve the in-app user experience. Use mixed-methods research processes to improve short-term (engagement/onboarding) and long-term (growth metrics) outcomes. Conduct research using a wide variety of tools (personas, journey maps, card sorting, a/b testing, RT, and more).

Team of 8. Led hiring and training for new associates. Drove large, business-critical initiatives. Expanded tools and resources team had available to improve testing and implementation. Mentored new hires across science departments within BetterUp.

Founding member of team. Developed, validated, and implemented efficacious app-based tools aimed at improving personal development. Informed strategy and key business/product decisions with insights and feedback synthesized across multiple data sources. Developed and organized product-related research practices and strategies, including the development of a qualitative research program. Consulted and implemented research within other departments including operations and coach development. Worked well in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environments by adapting strategy and approach when needed.
