Coordinate and optimize senior leadership team's schedules, manage communication channels, and gather feedback from the team to contribute to effective decision-making and ensure efficient use of time across the organization.

Audit Support interactions for quality and provide coaching support for leadership

Analyze and report on data to stakeholders

Design content and train facilitators for monthly certification courses

Manage regional support performance for our enterprise-level merchants

Shopify Plus is the enterprise platform of Shopify, geared towards high-volume, high-growth merchants.

My role as a Merchant Success Manager:

Develop strong relationships with various contacts within the merchants’ organization

Understand unique business needs, set goals, and provide advice to achieve success

Recommend best practice ecommerce strategies for growth, with a solid understanding of industry trends, integrations, API support, social commerce strategies, sales and traffic analytics, and much more
