Led the research-driven design strategy for a healthcare delivery and member data analytics product and delivered HTML prototypes. Conducted usability testing with 20+ clients and pioneered a Sketch and Zeplin design system for seamless design-developer hand-off.

Launched a digital COVID pre-screening tool (iOS) for patients, clinicians, and governments in underserved countries that improves accessibility of healthcare, for the Stanford COVID-19 Response Innovation Lab. Drove global strategy for data donation experience by conducting user interviews and usability testing with healthcare workers and patients in Brazil and Peru.

Led a team of design strategists and an engineer through a semester-long civic research and design project, in partnership with the City of Boston Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics. Created a website prototype and service blueprint that supports Boston Public School students in taking civic action in their communities.
