• Created and executed research plans for B2B and B2C products across Change Healthcare’s portfolio using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• Presented research findings and actionable insights that were used for executive leadership strategy decisions, corporate presentations at HIMSS, and informing design changes for future development.

• Led research and design for Shop Book and Pay, for which Change healthcare was awarded the Frost & Sullivan Enabling Technology Leadership award for patient experience.

• Improved UX research team processes by learning and sharing new tools, creating sessions for peer review of research plans and studies, and refining standard screener question sets used in future projects.

• Member of a six person team of Stanford and Norwegian University of Science and Technology students tasked with making an innovative modular product to solve current issues within aquaculture businesses, a highly competitive industry with large academic and corporate presence.

• My roles included project management, user recruitment, creating discussion guides, interviewing, synthesizing research, and presenting research findings.

• Concluded the project with full scale, working prototypes, a presentation to 300+ audience members, and a trade show style booth created to showcase the project.

• Based on prototype testing, we anticipate our solution would lead to a two- thirds reduction in labor hours during the growth of an oyster. For the small to mid-sized farms we worked with, this would lead to a 15% reduction in annual operating costs.

• Yanmar, a large multinational corporation in this space, chose to continue development of our concept after our final presentation.
