Lead projects strategizing, defining and designing for point of sales solutions for SMBs, their customers, and Enterprises on Web, Android & iOS devices. Primary focus on building business management tools for a SMB merchants.

Key accomplishments:

• Led the end to end process of defining and designing reporting & analytical tools for SMB merchants for web, mobile and POS devices that saw 25% increase in customer satisfaction and 30% increase in merchant engagement.

• Led the strategy around financial service tools at Clover - Rapid Deposits that is processing $1M in the first month since it’s release; integrating Disputes and connecting the dots to make the settlement and funding transparent for ease of reconciliation for SMB merchants.

• Mentored and guided designers on understanding the problem, asking the what & why, collaborating with cross-functional teams and building customer empathy.

• Collaborated with product and involving engineering teams early in the process via design workshops, discovery research, and design reviews.
