I lead the UX Design and Research Ops for Fashion & Live Commerce where I've built a standardized end-to-end PDLC process, in consultation with partner teams across
eBay’s Focus Categories, [PMO - Product & innovation - Design & research - Engineering] to improve efficiency by leveraging internal automation tools to reduce
duplicative work, increase accuracy in data reporting, and implement efficient meeting/document/communication hygiene within a highly agile environment.
• I own the design team backlog and lead weekly check-ins, run standups and sprint planning, retrospectives and other meetings, including executive leadership reviews to manage
design backlogs with Prod partners to ensure requirements are captured accurately and directly on design tickets for documentation hygiene and reporting accuracy, reviews and
sign-offs are in place, and identify project risks for effective mitigation strategies.
• I practice effective stakeholder management plan meeting etiquette practices with
clear goals and agendas to ensure meetings are only held when necessary, that has shown to increase productivity by 25%.
• I track project health (i.e. milestones, deliverables, and project risks), gather project requirements from release planning and check-ins with Product and Dev - and communicate
project needs clearly to the Design & Research team to ensure timely delivery,
• I identified the need to improve the end-to-end Product-Design-Dev Ops process during my first annual resource planning exercise and proactively led the process improvement project with a growing team of cross functional consultants from the Design, Product, Engineering and PMO teams twice a week to iterate on solutions for real-life use cases/pain-points to ensure a holistic and well-represented solutions are identified and met across the board.
• Currently at UC Berkeley for Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications and implementing best practices at the workplace.

Through firsthand experience of falling, failing and feeling ‘stuck’, I’ve learned that ‘glass ceilings’ truly does exist for those who come from humble beginnings and underserved communities.
I spent many years relentlessly searching for mentors who can show me tangible, action-driven steps to grow in my career, and I’m lucky to have found a handful of special individuals who made time for me along the way -- though much later on in life.
Now that I’m in a good place, I’m ready to pay it forward through 30-minute initial consultations for individuals from underserved communities, Pro Bono.
Bring your enthusiasm along with your current resume and tell me your story:
What drives you?
What life experiences have you had and was there a tipping point that fueled your desire for change?
Keep it real and unpretentious, and don’t be shy.
I’ll walk with you.

I do good things with good people at Twitter and MoPub by managing cross-company programs with highly cross-functional teams across multiple regions, globally.
TWITTER:
I led one of the largest and important initiatives at Twitter to date— spanning across Twitter’s Trust & Safety, Legal & Policy, Health Product & Design, Twitter Brand & Product Marketing, and Design Systems orgs — to synthesize years of research into creating a Playbook on how to, essentially, detoxify the platform by enumerating, expanding and scaling Twitter’s ‘Health brand playbook’, through clear, actionable steps across the entire arc of the Twitter experience.
MoPub:
Prior to that, I led MoPub and Twitter's creative brand integration in collaboration with Marketing, Twitter Studio, Brand & Design, Business Development, Product and Engineering, Partner Management, Customer Support, and external branding agency teams.
SCOPE:
• Build, monitor, and track comprehensive program schedules and transparent engaging communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed, with clear, actionable plans to drive projects forward on time and on budget.
• Prioritize and reorganize pivots, as needed, to ensure optimum results, while managing multiple workstreams to avoid schedule bloat and budget overruns.
• Plan, facilitate and execute program development, research, strategy, concept, and design phases with XFN teams to ensure all tactical needs are met.
• Domains include SDLC, UX Research & Design, AdTech, Brand Strategy, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, Production, Localization/Internationalization (and the list keeps on growing…)
