Built a ground control desktop application from scratch to support stratospheric ballooning operations, which allows the mission control team to transition from many people flying one balloon to one person flying many balloons.

Responsible for delivering the entire user interface design that was capable of supporting both remote sensing and space tourism missions.

Implemented the front-end for a sensor calibration feature in the ground control station (GCS) that allowed operators to calibrate the aircraft before flight.

Lead the design and full stack implementation of a software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation web app that allows SQA to run automated tests for aircraft software.

Took lead on a deep dive of the GCS user interface to both streamline and modernize an operator's user experience when performing preflight duties before a mission, planning and executing a mission, and completing postflight mission analysis.

Other responsibilities included performing bug fixes and feature development in a fleet management web app, implementing and updating CI build processes, and leading the App's teams retrospectives and sprint planning meetings.

Wrote code that is responsible for real-time flight control of an unmanned aircraft, which entailed vehicle integrations and plug-in development for the INEXA Control GCS.

Developed and presented technical software design documents to senior leadership as part of the agile software development process, which also included requirements, design, coding and verification of features.

Helped to design and develop a completely new and modern mechanism for software deployment on a UAV, which resulted in a simplified, streamlined, enhanced user experience.

Took lead on designing, architecting and implementing a major feature of a Progressive Web Application, built with ReactJS to run on phones and tablets. Helped to deliver the minimum viable product in the form of a demo in just three months, resulting in the project coming in under budget and ahead of schedule.

Earned a 14 CFR Part 107 certification through an internal course that I helped design and implement.
