• Collected FA feedback to inform development of marketing materials of a new wealth management product offering which assisted an FA in closing a $1 Billion dollar deposit by an Issuer’s entire C-suite.
• Drove operational enhancements between a leading wirehouse and the Transfer Agent, resulting in more timely delivery of client documents and statements, and faster transfers between the organizations.
• Served on the PMO team of a worldwide infrastructure data bearing asset disposal program which oversaw the destruction of tens of thousands of assets across 6 continents, as well as 3 newly acquired entities.
• Gathered technology and regulatory requirements for a leading wealth management platform
expansion, which contributed to the successful launch of 4 product offerings for clients, and
enhanced Advisor capabilities.
• Identified target markets of interest for an industry first first of its kind product, and developed key marketing materials to drive field adoption, resulting in double digit growth in account openings WoW.
