• Lead and follow design projects beyond the scope of the immediate roadmap, working with other stakeholders to identify and validate user problems and work towards durable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive product release.
• Produce design assets that include user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.
• Translate information and insights into design experiments, solutions, and artifacts like diagrams and information architecture.
• Understand qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals, and requirements, and translate them into functional designs.
• Brainstorm and collaborate to develop new features.
• Conduct design QA and acceptance testing for product releases.
• Build and create the space for others to collaborate.
