• Manager of a team of nine full-stack engineers driving innovation and maintenance of Stavvy's Remote Online Notarization product. A video meeting experience where notary’s verify signers identities and they together sign legal documents.
• Designed individualized career development plans for each engineer tailored to their interests and provided growth opportunities for them to achieve their goals.

• Led the product development and engineering lifecycle of IPEN, a tablet based document signing experience using a modern technology stack including, React, Typescript and React Query.
• Architected application testing strategies, leading to 10x unit tests, 10x increase in coverage and strategic E2E testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
