Currently one of the leads on our push to build tap-to-pay for public transit on our fleet of farebox validators. I've also built out the backend for smart cards and other transit ticketing solutions.
Previously helped scale institutional pass programs and built tooling to empower a small but powerful Customer Success team to serve over 200 agencies.
Implemented engineering best practices including end-to-end testing, continuous deploys, incident review and code review.

I've worked on the Content Controls team, a team under Privacy tasked with giving people control of their presence on Facebook.
In Privacy I worked on:
* Manage Activity, a suite of tools designed to help people curate their content on Facebook.
* Off-Facebook Activity, a tool that allows people to see and clear data that advertising partners send Facebook.
I've worked across the stack on technologies like React, React Native, Relay, GraphQL, PHP (Hacklang), and Flow-typed JavaScript.

Privacy IMOC was a rotational oncall role at Facebook. When I was oncall, my full-time responsibility was to provide guidance to teams facing privacy incidents and provide a mitigation path forward for them.
I also regularly attended incident review and helped teams with incident retrospective, guiding them along the principles of improving DERP (Detection, Escalation, Response and Prevention)
I was required to coordinate work across timezones. The North American IMOC operated in conjunction with the European IMOC based in London and so when signing off, I would provide them with all the context on ongoing privacy incidents.
