Led a project to introduce automations as a model for handling actions as a result of new findings in the product. Worked with product and design leaders to conduct user research, iterate on requirements and designs, and coordinate engineering tasks to deliver the feature on time for an industry conference.

Worked with the design team to prototype and test redesigned pages for our most core workflows. Increased usage of dataflow traces, an important feature, by 400%. Implemented new UI components to add to our design system and coached non-frontend team members on best practices.

Helped redesign our onboarding workflow to decrease the time to first scan in new organizations by 50%.

Reliability UX Team (2022-2023)

Returned to Platform Infrastructure to build a new team with the mission of maintaining and building out new reliability tooling for use across the company. In first 6 months, created new applications for managing Critical Situations and customer communications and a dashboard for teams to visualize their reliability metrics. At the same time onboarded 3 inaugural members of the team and defined a long-term vision for our mission.

FinTech Automation Team (2020-2021)

Built a high-performing team from scratch to address the need for process automation and audit compliance across our FinTech teams. Led team in developing release automation tooling that removed the need for manual release documentation, testing, and stakeholder information and increased teams' average release cadence from 1 per month to multiple times per week.

Billing Admin Team (2019-2020)

Joined as a tactical intervention on a team with many upcoming time-sensitive deliverables and a shortage of engineers and leadership. Learned the new domain of finance and codebase quickly and got the team on-track to deliver. Became Technical Lead of the team several months later and worked with PM, designer, and stakeholders to develop a vision and roadmap for the team.

Worked on team responsible for building and maintaining consumer-quality UIs for all our internal developer tooling for critical functions like build & deploy, live configuration, monitoring, and more.
