Senior product leader in company-wide initiative to integrate AI search and chat into Dropbox. Previously led Multi-Product group in Core (100+ HC, 11 PMs), owning content workflows, file sharing, search, browse, previews, recommendations, and Dropbox Replay.
▪ Brought integrated chat and search to successful beta release, embedding AI-powered productivity directly into core workflows.
▪ Led a cross-functional team to rationalize fragmented sharing (e.g. Dropbox Transfer) into a unified model — driving +120% growth in explicit sharing activity and making sharing the source of 50% of all new signups.
▪ Led portfolio realignment across Sign, DocSend, Replay, Studio, and Capture, unshipping misaligned integrations and sunsetting apps to reduce complexity and improve long-term retention.
▪ Scaled Dropbox Replay ARR to $2.5M, expanding adoption of video collaboration within creative workflows and 3rd party tools (Avid Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
▪ Advised 2024 overhaul of PDLC, roadmap, metrics, and PM career ladder, shaping company-wide product discipline and talent development.
▪ Selected as one of two senior product leaders to run Dropbox’s company-wide reliability “Code Red,” coordinating 14 teams across 8 core workflows and 6 monetization funnels; stabilized daily SEVs, halted ~$8M in quarterly revenue losses, and overhauled QA processes with universal audit, TestRail standardization, and new vendor partnerships.

Led cross-platform teams responsible for the majority of Dropbox’s core Files surfaces, which reach 700M+ users and drive $2B+ in annual revenue. Accountable for subscription retention and churn management (~$500M ARR), search and ML platforms, and infrastructure indexing over 1 trillion files. Partnered across US/Canada and Tel Aviv offices.

▪ Made Performance a priority. Improved upload speed (esp. for large files 1GB+), putting Dropbox atop Google Drive, OneDrive, and Box in independent benchmark tests. Championed transformation of web browse into single page app (SPA), significantly reducing user page load times (sub 2.5s) among other benefits.
▪ Led post-M&A integration of Command E (universal search product), releasing internal beta in two quarters, fixing PC compatibility, and graduating the team to a new org — now the foundation of Dropbox Dash.
▪ Delivered foundational metadata infrastructure (live-fill + backfill) for 1T+ files, enabling improved classification, organization, and downstream ML use cases.
▪ Drove search stack unification, including data revamp, UX cleanup, relevance improvements, and $X million in infra cost savings.
