• Participated in a 16-week apprenticeship program at Microsoft with 12 other Designers with a non-tech background, which included 4 weeks of in-classroom training, and 12 weeks of project-based learning and mentorship on the Microsoft Education Guardian Experiences team.
• Conducted user research by interviewing 10 participants to gain important insights that helped drive the design and business decisions across Microsoft Education.
• Analyzed qualitative and quantitative insights from secondary and primary user research to understand the constraints and challenges within the educational technology space and the U.S. public special education system.
• Presented user research findings to senior leadership and an audience of over 80 Design, Engineering, PM, and Business teams. The presentation drove major inclusive design efforts across Microsoft Education.
