Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automation projects to improve, streamline, and reduce days of manual work to mere seconds

• Develop internal applications on Retool to allow non-technical colleagues access to necessary information without having to rely on engineers which decreased ticket count and turnaround time on daily tasks

• Provide stopgap solutions to time sensitive and high priority issues while actively discussing and planning more permanent fixes with other engineers

• Utilized APIs to build an application that allows transparency to all revenue impacting changes within the company allowing us to easily analyze potential issues and decrease investigation times by 20%

• Perform monthly product demonstrations to align engineer and business colleagues on new products and features

• Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to build out scopes and roadmaps for new products

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated expert to clients and potential clients regarding all of Fyber’s products and services

• Serve the business team with in-depth technical knowledge on Fyber's products

• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to partner’s implementation and actively consult on solutions that would contribute to revenue optimizations

• Collect client requirements and work closely with product and R&D teams to shape the product roadmap

• Regular collaboration with the business and sales engineering teams located in Fyber’s branches all around the globe

• Work on coding internal tools to help automate and increase productivity
