Utilizing technologies such as PostgreSQL, gRPC, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React, I developed highly scalable applications and features. Additionally, I resolved intricate bugs and issues, maintaining the seamless operation of our software applications.

During my co-op experience at 1upHealth, I collaborated closely with clients to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively. I managed REST API documentation using Swagger UI, providing clear insights into product features and processes to educate clients. Utilizing Postman, I resolved client API request issues manually to ensure smooth operation of our systems. I mastered FHIR standards and HIPAA regulations, delivering exceptional client support. Additionally, I developed a Python web metadata scraping script to enhance application usability and ensure healthcare system URLs remained current. My contributions also included enhancing database automation processes to improve overall efficiency.

During my co-op experience at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, I supported a diverse

user base of over 100 individuals by troubleshooting both software and hardware issues. I played a key role in setting up and configuring networks for new devices and users, ensuring seamless integration into our systems. Collaborating closely with team members, I delivered comprehensive and timely user support services. Additionally, I contributed to documentation and training sessions aimed at enhancing user navigation of systems. I also conducted regular system checks and maintenance tasks to optimize the operation and performance of computer systems across the organization.
