Hands-on design leadership role for an enterprise, SaaS solution within the life sciences space. Designed and maintained a responsive, web-based application across devices. Tightly collaborated with Product & Engineering as part of a cross-functional, Agile team.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Focused on bringing the product UX to a baseline level that emphasized best practices and consistency in UI behavior and presentation.
• Responsible for full product design lifecycle of new features; from low-fi sketching to high-fi design iterations, prototype creation, conducting user testing, and spec-writing.

which provided design leadership, strategy, project management and hands-on, UI/visual and
interaction design work. Led and maintained the UI standards and creative strategy for a SaaS based, eCommerce and product marketing website.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Lead for the following projects: 1) Mobile sign-up experience 2) Redesign of an eCommerce UI system, and 3) Refreshed product marketing website.
• Managed workload and projects of designers, providing constructive mentorship.
• Provided design oversight for online creative (eCommerce through demand-generation).
• Engaged with user testing/research and customer journey development.
• Targeted design solutions that cultivated a strong, overall user experience and
optimized the WebEx online presence for increased revenue and bookings.
