In this position, I designed new and re-architected existing products and systems, focusing on high quality and sustainable development practices. I also steered technical direction across the organization, finding ways to unite our product lines and reduce redundant work and offerings.

This role also heavily focused on mentorship. I worked closely with developers across multiple product families to solve complex technical problems.

Lead developer on several projects. Responsibilities include:

• Develop scalable and performant NodeJS microservices.

• Improve development and build pipelines to increase team productivity.

• Mentor junior developers.

• Closely collaborate with other teams at the company.

• Designed and implemented a modular framework for a large legacy monolothic application, in order to allow faster and easier development.

• Increased test coverage of our product in order to make code updates safer and increase automated feedback for developers during the development cycle.
