• Own technical delivery of a working solution from design, through to working with partner engineering teams through integration, testing, implementation, and launch
• Working with senior PM on product requirements documents (PRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, product mockups for the transition of requirements from business to the technical team
• Create tools, automation scripts, and documentation to optimize, and improve customer onboarding experience and time to go-live
• Be a technical subject matter expert and represent the full internal and external API capabilities of Workspan
• Design data ingestion processes for acquiring new datasets supporting key business initiatives
• Conduct detailed business process analysis, documenting customer’s business model and requirements
• work closely with Product and Engineering to architect technical solutions to manage the balance between standard, configured, and custom implementations
• Assisting customers with evaluations and benchmarks, system configuration, and workflow implementation.
• Deliver a live system for customers with their own data in the SLAs defined by the Network Success and Sales teams.
