• Developed a data-supported, end-to-end scalable UX pattern

• Successfully managed a high-priority project on the company roadmap, prioritising key milestones,

• Took full ownership of development from kick-off to engineering hand-off,

• Communicated design concepts with project stakeholders and built a trust foundation with leaders up to 3 levels to develop a tailored solution for internal Amazon customers,

• Facilitated workshops to increase cross-organizational engagement and drive discussions towards a shared understanding of project goals,

• Conducted usability testing to measure project success and achieved high scores for user experience and satisfaction. Identified, iterated and addressed issues, resulting in an improved and successful final design,

• Developed a design solution for both desktop and mobile experiences, ensuring adherence to design system components and delivering a cohesive user experience across all devices

Dare IT Mentoring is a 3-month program where I work with my mentor on my UX design skills. My Mentor was Katarzyna Słowik, UX Designer at @Slowhop.

Within the program, I'm also improving my soft skills such as time management, presenting my own ideas and thoughts, and learning about working in Agile and Scrum.

With over a dozen candidates for every place, qualifying for the program is a real achievement and I'm very proud to have participated in it.
