Responsible for optimizing various Instagram monetization offering to ensure return on investment, long term viability and ecosystem gains. Currently focused on Instagram Incentives.

More technically, I serve as a generalist software engineer touching both UI and deep backend. Primary focus:

• Optimize bonus payouts to meet Instagram's ecosystem goals, and return on investment

• Scale Incentives program to multiple countries, and 100s of millions of payouts and users

• Backend that counts views, splits them into various dimensions to eventually calculate bonus payouts

Responsible for building out Business Activation software for anyone that wishes to make money through Facebook Family of Apps (FB, IG, WhatsApp, Viewpoints).

Direct Impact:

• Create a platform solution for all monetization teams to use to onboard businesses. Each team is able to customize the platform to meet their specific needs.

• Increase legal compliance by improving how we collect data from users and by improving verification of that data

• Improve overall conversion by ~10 points

As a member of the Digital Organization within Intralox, I bring my deep technical knowledge in engineering, data science, and computer programming to understand business processes, and find opportunities and gaps to improve efficiency as well as create new sources of revenue for the company. Majority of the time I develop web applications (tech stack: react, angular, django + django rest framework, postgres, threejs) and rest of the time, I help connect business problems at Intralox with various home grown or purchased software.

Main Project: Customer Experience Portal

Project Contribution:

• Developed vision for customer self-service/e-commerce website by working with leaders in sales, IT, and customer service teams. Gathered business requirements and led planning discussions and vendor selection by interfacing with customer service, technical support, vendors and IT groups.

Ongoing Technical Contribution:

• Developed CICD pipeline using docker, buildkite, and Hashicorp for container orchestration.

• Contributed to the Design system by creating various reusable Reactjs component.

• Designed and built the backend with nodejs/graphql capable of combining data coming from over 7 different enterprise data sources.
