• Onboarded and lead a small team of new members through critical deliverables during transitional periods, enabling 100% on-time completion without mistakes for three different simultaneous releases. While doing so, I also mentored one of the new members to successfully and effectively lead her own team of newcomers through company-specific activities shortly thereafter.
• Regularly provided technical training to engineers across disciplines, fostering cross-functional expertise and supporting vertical team goals.
• Designed and Implemented strategies for high-confidence software delivery through automated tests, increasing regression coverage from 11% to 74% in about three months.
• Proposed and implemented a new robust requirement linking strategy mitigating coverage gaps and gaining stakeholder acceptance.

• Drove any and all QA test development, planning, and execution (manual, automated via Python, PyTest) for the product RapidSense from inception as sole QA member on the product
• Used Jira (w/ X-Ray) to successfully design and maintain test sets/cases, dashboards, traceability matrix in order to validate novel imaging algorithms in early stage development
• Worked with product owners to assess feasibility when defining product requirements
• Captured, curated, organized, and maintained data used for regression tests
• Assisted developers in root causing bugs by providing well organized bug tickets with highly targeted data and logs.

• Designed and implemented fault injection strategy to be used with HWIL scripts tailored to proprietary software (Python, XML, proprietary software)
