• Contributed to a customer facing store application with needs dictated by the "Quote to Cash" side of the business
• Migrated the existing native Netsuite solution to a hybrid custom solution with a React.js front-end application that leverages Netsuite api's
• Delivered robust experiences for our customers looking to place or manage orders and subscriptions
Implemented several large-scale application features including a Stripe integration to meet legal requirements for payments processing, as well as an internationalization effort to support multiple languages for our global users

• Developed software solutions for improving efficiency and performance in an award winning Tech Support department. This included an internal portal application for the department, as well as integration with mutiple data sources along with Zendesk.
• Had an opportunity to design an intelligent system using these integrations to do call routing based on employee workload, availability, and even skillsets.
• Re-designed and re-implemented the portal application to better serve as a platform to meet the ever-evolving needs of a successful startup.

• Joined the support department of ~50 people to create and integrate solutions for management as well as tools for support techs
• Completed an initial 8 month co-op, as asked to join part-time and continue to maintain systems and take on new projects while I finished up my degree
