• Led a team of 3 to design and develop business critical project to support brick and mortar restaurant operations to support on going business pivot in a very tight time frame while working with cross functional and cross continent teams.

• Led the design and development of features to optimize cooking times inside the Mobile Restaurant truck which directly reduced Order to Eat times for customers, less wastage and accurate tracking of inventory during service times and hence higher customer satisfaction. This directly contributed to shaving 10 minutes of cook and delivery time on average for each order
