• Solve sensitive business process issues for top merchants
• Engage in a number of critical merchant partnerships and engagements to protect existing revenue and develop new revenue streams
• Develop collateral, thought leadership, and internal trainings to improve team payments knowledge and performance
• Develop and provide account teams with the necessary information to engage with merchants and mitigate primary issues
• Analyze and review merchant payments performance to recommend business strategies and available solutions
• Introduce and scale the rate of product adoption for enterprise scale merchants
• Consult with merchants on opportunities to improve their conversion and authorization rates
• Consult with merchants on commerce transformation related initiatives
• Consult with enterprise clients to meet and exceed their payment needs
• Contribute to the development of projects that lead to new customer acquisition channels
• Consult merchants on the impact of network and issuer related changes on their business
