Built Meta’s extended warranty program — Meta Warranty Plus — from the ground up, starting with no infrastructure, no insurer, and no playbook. Launched the first version of the program within eight months of joining, managing every aspect of the build including insurer onboarding, end-to-end flow design, pricing, business requirements, and cross-functional alignment across a broad range of internal teams.
Expanded the program across Meta’s consumer hardware portfolio including Quest mixed reality headsets and the Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta AI glasses families, ensuring every major product launch ships with warranty coverage enabled. Attach rates across the portfolio reflect strong consumer demand for protection on products people genuinely value.
Manages all insurer and broker relationships including global partnerships with AIG and Marsh — serving as the primary point of contact for program economics, contract negotiation, claims analysis, and geographic expansion planning.
Functions as both strategist and operator — owning the program end-to-end from long-term planning and geographic expansion to day-to-day execution. Leverages AI tools extensively across the role: reporting and program communications, complex premium pricing and financial analysis, sales forecasting, business requirements documentation, competitive research, regulatory research and licensing coordination, contract review, leadership materials, and strategic planning. AI is not a supplement to how this work gets done — it’s central to it.
