• Created an event space booking application inspired by AirBnb.

• Delivered a new online equity portal, which automated shareholder valuations and documentation, which reduced time needed to administer the system by 80% and improved employee shareholder engagement

• Led a cross department team that developed an internal data strategy, which resulted in the adoption of a data lake house. This significantly reduced reporting time by 50% for critical senior leadership reports

• Leading the analysis of FNZ’s annual pay review cycle and reporting of results to senior leadership

• Managed a portfolio of clients to support their implementation of Xactly's cloud software services.(£250k/year)

• Updated clients legacy processes to reduce time to implement by 70% through developing ETL pipelines using Xactly's SQL DBMS solution
