• Led design and UX for the Member Experience squad, partnering with product managers/engineering/design teams to define and prioritize problems, conceptualize designs, and strategize future iterations
• Design lead for the Payments horizontal across all product services; responsible for discovery, user research, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for native app/web checkout experiences across consumer and enterprise products
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to create an end-to-end urgent care experience on web, while leading the design and UX efforts for the member dashboard
• Worked extensively with the head of design and design team to build and uphold a design system for consumer and partner experiences
• Defined and executed a process for facilitating feedback exchange within the design team, fostering design consistency, and maintaining order in design files for stakeholders
