Helping clients answer business questions by understanding their users' needs and leading their respective teams to brainstorm creative solutions. Work with clients such as:
• Ogilvy DC - Concept tested virtual reality app by scoping out client's user research needs, managed multiple vendors and planned back-to-back sessions across 4 markets while staying within strict legal guidelines. Led all evaluative research sessions for a new VR app for a government agency.
• Florida Blue - Managed all aspects of user research on responsive member sites while working with agile teams, partnering with vendors and ensuring feedback is worked into upcoming cycle of implementation. Research methods included remote/un-moderated, click-testing, card sort and remote/in-person moderated for responsive member sites.
• Web.com - Worked on their most profitable and highly visible store-front because the previous UX resource wasn’t able to perform. I have been able to deliver wires, functional specs, competitive analysis and user research and also have meshed very well with the agile team.
• Artech - Created strategy decks for RFPs to Google and McKesson

• Infused design thinking into Talent/HR initiatives resulted in a client that didn't understand UX to one that forced our team to grow by 4x just to keep up with demand.
• Led and mentored a UX team on performing Service Design work to build a scalable CMS solution from concept to launch that streamlined the onboarding process worldwide by partnering with customer research, data insights (from Tableau) and mapping customer journeys, resulted in a customized solution that worked for everyone. Through the Design Thinking process, this project allowed the global and local teams to implement updates to the site faster by working together.
• Improved the UX of EY's conversational AI by applying industry best practices and creativity on data driven insights on the existing framework to be more personalized. This enabled the product team to have measurable results for each area of focus.
• Collaborated and partnered with cross-functional teams to help drive design strategies and product strategies on how budgets should be prioritized for the EY Talent team should be allocated for the next fiscal year by making strategic recommendations. This included doing service design work by taking a look at current user journeys across the portfolio and understanding how they could be improved to meet our user's needs and industry standards.

• Mentored, managed and built a fully remote team of UX Designers on AdManager and ensuring the success of their multiple projects. (This included work on GDPR within AdManager)
• Made strategic decisions, developed, implemented, and maintained program initiatives that adhered to organizational objectives on a large scale (across the AdManager product line)

• Entrepreneurial mind-set to get the job done by helping teams work more effectively during a hiring freeze and adapted to the changing climate of COVID during a time when our industry was hit the hardest.
• UX Lead - Started the UX practice and managing a growing team across six products. Created a service blueprint to realize efficiencies. Championed the Design Thinking process throughout the organization by guiding Dev, QA and PM teams on each new product and feature offering. Utilized research and analytics to make design decisions across each of the product lines. Created & implemented design system across four products and two development teams.
• Product Manager - Lead a key strategic development area within the FES space, crafting and building on to the future of AQ’s core product. Working with internal teams to ensure current workflows and pain-points are addressed. Planning product roadmap for each release and created a go-to-market strategy.
• Program Manager – Created & managed go-to-market strategies across six products and every department. Iterated on the process while ensuring each member of the team had a good understanding of the product and what they’re tasked with doing to get the product launched on time.
