• Optical design and metrology DRI for new polarizer-bleaching technology, designed and implemented custom designed optical metrology, improved MacBook Pro front camera optical performance significantly.

• Designed optical coatings for iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook to meet high functional and aesthetic requirements.

• Developed and implanted optical inspection methods, defect-detecting algorithms and specs for mass production optical components quality control. Led thin film failure analysis to improve durability.
