I am learning to be a servant leader. Here I serve minorities from non-traditional backgrounds. My goal is to start their career in design and technology. With a long term goal of building diversity in leadership. I work across seven organizations at Amazon, educational partners, and affinity groups.
My responsibilities are to (1) identify and prioritize a design community roadmap (e.g. mentoring and sponsorship program), (2) report out on progress to VP and director leadership, and (3) define and deliver against company-wide prioritized initiatives.
